Courier Delivery: Venipak
If the shipment weighs more than 30 kg, the client can select an additional service – “Delivery with unloading”. The service is provided in the cities: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Utena, Marijampolė, Telšiai, Tauragė
Additional service prices:
- If shipment weight is 30-80 kg – 30 Eur
- If shipment weight is 80-100 kg – 50 Eur
- If shipment weight is more than 100 kg – 80 Eur

Pickup is available on working days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is necessary to contact us before arrival. If you choose this method, we will notify you by email when the order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Terms
It is important for us that you know exactly when you will receive your order. Therefore, the total production and delivery time is indicated next to each product.
- Production Time: Depends on the specific product and is indicated on the product page.
- Delivery Time: Usually takes 1-2 working days after the order is dispatched.
- Total Term: On the product page, in the cart, and in the order summary, you will see an estimated total term, e.g., “Term: 3–5 w.d.”.
Delivery for Business Clients (B2B)
We understand the needs of business clients, which is why we offer additional delivery options to help you plan your work effectively.
Order Status Tracking
You will monitor the entire process in your account – from production to delivery:
Order Confirmed → In Production → Packed → Shipped → Delivered.
A carrier tracking link is provided for shipped orders.
Packaging and Sustainability
We pack so that the products reach the destination safely, and the packaging is easily sortable. If necessary, we offer anonymous packaging (“White Label” shipping). This allows you to send goods directly to your end customer without any identification marks of the sender (our company). This is especially valuable for our partners who resell our products.
Heavy and Non-Standard Cargo
Special conditions apply to oversized shipments:
- Delivery to the building door; unloading / carrying – by agreement.
Please ensure access and lifting location.
Damage during Transport
If you notice that the shipment is damaged, inform the courier that you cannot accept the damaged shipment. Shipments are usually insured.
If you accept a damaged shipment, take photos of the packaging and the product.
Inform us by email within 24 hours. Include the order number and a brief description with photos. We will make a decision after evaluating the submitted material.
International Delivery
Delivery to the EU is possible by separate agreement (price and term depend on the country, weight, and dimensions).
Pricing
The delivery cost is calculated in the cart based on weight, dimensions, address, and delivery speed. We ensure price transparency – no hidden fees, you will see everything before confirming the order.

- Do you offer rush production?
Yes, we offer it for some products – if this option is available, there should be a selection “Needed urgently?” on the product page next to all options. If needed, you must check the “Yes” option. - How long will it take to receive my order?
The order fulfillment term consists of the production time and the delivery time. Next to each product, we indicate the total estimated order fulfillment term (e.g., “Production term: 3–5 w.d.”), which you will also see in your shopping cart if you choose on-site pickup. Delivery after production usually takes 1–2 business days; this time is added to the order fulfillment term and is generally shown next to the courier selection. - How can I track my shipment?
You can see the entire order progress in your personal account. Statuses are constantly updated: “Order Confirmed,” “In Production,” “Packed,” “Shipped,” “Delivered.” When the shipment is sent, you will find an active shipment tracking link in your account. - Can I pick up the goods myself?

- What if the parcel locker is full?
Shipments may be redirected to the nearest available parcel locker; this is common during peak times. - What are the maximum parcel locker dimensions and weights?
DPD parcel lockers: XS 8×18×61, S 8×43×61, M 17×43×61, L 36×43×61 cm (up to 25 kg).
Omniva: S 9×38×64, M 19×38×64, L 39×38×64 cm (up to 25–30 kg, according to rules).
Venipak: up to 61×39.5×41 cm (by size) and up to 30 kg. - Is it possible to pick up the order at the pickup points outside of working hours?
Pickup outside working hours and on weekends should be arranged in advance by informing us via email or phone.
