By far the most popular outdoor pavement sign. The frame is mounted on springs, thanks to which the sign adjusts to the wind. The base is a water tank. Once filled up, it makes the sistema very heavy. It may be handled, though, by a handle and wheels installed at the base. A snap frame allows to insert/exchange a poster within few seconds. A thick poster cover is equipped with UV-filter protecting the maketas from sunlight and fading colours.
